Simpson volleyball selected to finished fourth in Cal Pac

REDDING, Calif. - In a vote of the California Pacific Conference's seven volleyball coaches, Holy Names University, last year's conference runner-up, was voted to be the top team in the conference. The Hawks received four first place votes.
Simpson University was voted to finish fourth over Bethany, Pacific Union, and Mills. The Red Hawks finished fourth last season with a 5-7 conference record and 6-16 overall record. Coach Swagerty-Vilas returns three players, Kelly Brown, Jenny Hopkins, and Jackie Nixon to join her very talented recruiting class.
For the second consecutive year, the California Pacific Conference will be conducting a playoff to decide who is going to the NAIA National Tournament.
The final results of the coaches' poll are as follows:
