2011 Cal Pac Men's Golf All Conference Team Announced

REDDING, Calif. - California Pacific Conference champion Holy Names University placed three golfers on the 2011 California Pacific Conference men's golf all-conference team, Commissioner Don Ott announced today.

The Hawks placed three golfers - Stephen Edman, Trevor Jones and Nick Hawkes - on the team this season. Edman, the conference's player of the year, had an average conference tournament round of 73.33. Jones had an average of 75.2 in conference play while Hawkes had an average round of 76.13.

Simpson University had two representatives on the team in junior Mitch Card and senior Micah Eppler. Card had an average conference score of 74.53, and Eppler had an average round of 76 for the Red Hawks William Jessup University had one representative on the all-conference team in Derek Zachman. Zachman scored an average conference round of 76.8 for the Warriors.

The Coach of the Year honor went to Holy Names University's Erik Stone.
