Simpson loses on the road to Warriors

ROCKLIN, Calif. - It was another disappointing outing for the Red Hawks women's soccer team, as the traveled to Rocklin to take on the Warriors from William Jessup University on Tuesday, Oct. 23, and lost 6-0.
William Jessup junior Kasey Kellogg got the Warriors off to a good start in the fourth minute, when she scored on an assist from Dallas Butterfield. Then in the 15th minute, Gabby Leon made it 2-0 on a Cara Eskenazi assist. Kim Randall made it 3-0 in the 38th minute, which would be the scoreline at the half time break.
The Warriors added three more in the second half, with goals from Andrea Garcia in the 75th minute, Chelsey Katt in the 83rd minute, and Avery Hutchinson in the 86th minute.
The Red Hawks will next be in action on Wednesday, Oct. 31 when they host the Bobcats from UC Merced at 1 p.m.
