Women’s cross country heads for NAIA Nationals

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Simpson University's women's cross country teams is one of 32 teams that qualified for the NAIA Women’s Cross Country National Championship, which is being held at Rim Rock Farm in Lawrence, Kan., on Saturday, Nov. 23. The Lady Red Hawks earned a bid to the national tournament by finishing in first place at the California Pacific Conference Championships on Monday, Nov. 4.

In addition to the 32 teams, 103 individuals will also be competing at the national tournament. Runners Marymount University, William Jessup University, University of California-Merced, Menlo College and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (AZ) will be representing the California Pacific Conference.
