REDDING, Calif. - The Simpson University men’s basketball team hosted The Master’s College Mustangs on a very snowy Friday, Dec. 6, and suffered a 66-57 loss.

Down 26-24 at halftime, the Red Hawks continued to fight from behind, as Master’s went up 39-25 with 17 minutes left in the second half. Big shots from Dalton Thacker brought the Red Hawks within four (56-50) with three minutes left in the game, but the Mustangs prevailed and won 66-57.
Simpson was led by Thacker’s 13 points and five rebounds and Ian Corella’s 12 points and five rebounds. Huge minutes from Tyler Imhoff and Kyle Dawicki helped sparked the Red Hawks in the second half.
