Simpson finishes fourth at Dominican Invite

Simpson University's women's golf team competed in the Dominican University Invitational on March 14-15 in San Rafael, Calif. The other team that participated in the invite were Dallas Baptist University and Sonoma State University. Dallas Baptist finished first; Sonoma State finished second; Dominican finished third; and Simpson finished fourth.
Sophomore Brionna Goulart was the top golfer for the Lady Red Hawks. She finished 13th with a score of 182. Freshman Stephanie Hammell placed 14th with a score of 184. Freshman Victoria Souza placed 15th with a score of 198. Senior Kim Dunn finished in 17th place with a score of 231.
