College: Curfman is entering his second season playing for the Red Hawks.

High School: Curfman played four years of varsity baseball at South Whidbey High School. He also played football, hockey and soccer. He was team captain for baseball and football and earned all-conference linebacker and running back football honors and honorable mention and all-conference baseball honors. He was named baseball MVP once and was a three-time football team Defensive MVP. He received all-state catcher honors in 2013. He is the season stolen base and career stolen base record holder at his high school. He played club baseball for the North West Baseball Academy and Northwest Bandits.

Personal: Aaron is the son of Shane and Alicia Curfman. His hobbies include artwork, music, and metal fabrication.

Reason for coming to Simpson: "I chose Simpson for the great education, good community,and a place to play baseball."
