College: Moseley is entering his first season playing for the Red Hawks. He is a transfer from Yuba College, where he maintained over at 3.0 GPA.
High School: Moseley played three years of varsity baseball at Oroville High School, where he was named Best Defensive Player as a freshman, Most Valuable Player and team captain as sophomore, and all-league and team captain as a senior. He led his team in on-base percentage his junior year and was given the Coach Choice Award his senior year. He also played basketball. He graduated in the top 15% of his class and had a 3.63 GPA. He was also a member of the Associated Student Body club. He played American Legion baseball in Oroville in 2012 and Orland in 2013.
Personal: Rath is the son of Rath and Michelle Moseley. His hobbies include baseball, working out, and camping. His career goal is to become a chief executive officer.
Reason for coming to Simpson: "Simpson University is an outstanding Christian college to continue my education. I am honored to have the opportunity to play baseball under Coach Cadaret and his coaching staff. I look forward to being a Red Hawk and contributing to a winning baseball team."
