College: Dager is entering her first season with the Lady Red Hawks.

High School: Dager played four years of varsity softball at Union Mine High School, where she also played soccer, volleyball, and basketball. Her athletic honors include being a four-time all-league selection and receiving the Coaches Award (2011) and Most Outstanding Offensive Player Award (2012). Her team was league champions in 2013. In 2014, she was named Most Inspirational Player and team captain. She was the co-leader of the Union Mine High School Christian Club. Her academic honors include receiving the El Dorado Union High School Star Award. She played club softball for the Foothill Gold 18G.

Personal: Jessica is the daughter of William and Karen Dager. She enjoys playing the piano and composing music. She also plays the French horn and sings. She likes to produce movies. Her career goal is to help others.

Reason for coming to Simpson: "I chose Simpson because of the amazing softball program, the beautiful campus, and knowing God is going to do great things in my life here."
