College: Goens is entering her second season playing for Simpson. She transferred from Oklahoma Christian University in 2011, where she played in 16 games for the Eagles. She is an midfielder with a nose for the goal as well as a strong work ethic.

High School: Goens played three years of varsity soccer at North Valley High School in Grants Pass, Ore. She was captain of her soccer team. She also played basketball and ran track and cross country. Her academic accomplishments include graduating in the top 10 percent of her high school class.

Personal: Natalie is the daughter of Mark and Dana Goens and sister of Simpson soccer players Nicole and Tyler Goens. Her career goal is to go into news broadcasting. She enjoys playing guitar, traveling, running, videography, meeting new people, serving in ministry, reading biographies, finding new music, spending time with family, and studying the Word.

Reason for coming to Simpson: "I chose Simpson to play soccer with my sister and encourage fellow believers!"
